Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck332 ("ck332", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ck332.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ck332 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any supplemental rules, bonus policies, game-specific rules, and the ck332 Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ck332 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ck332 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on file.

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a ck332 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck332 enforces a minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh and are accessing the platform under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• You do not hold a position at ck332 or at any company with a direct commercial relationship with ck332 that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded from ck332 or had an account terminated for Terms violations without an explicit reinstatement from ck332 support.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on ck332. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, mobile number, device, or household are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with balances forfeited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ck332 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• You must notify ck332 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• ck332 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials or to report a security breach promptly.
• ck332 may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

All account information must be provided in your real legal name. Accounts registered under false names or with inaccurate identity information will be suspended and any outstanding balance may be held pending investigation. ck332 reserves the right to close accounts found to contain materially false information without prior notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ck332 processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on ck332 is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for the most recent deposit. ck332 targets a five-minute processing time for standard withdrawal requests; actual processing times may vary depending on the payment network.
• Wagering Requirement: Funds received as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Players must complete the full rollover before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Verification: ck332 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account are not permitted without prior written approval from the ck332 compliance team.

Bonuses and Promotions

ck332 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly overridden by the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Welcome bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each individual bonus offer.
• ck332 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or suspend an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with low-risk strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine play, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinated play across accounts.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise. Free spin winnings are capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

ck332 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering requirements attached to a bonus will not be affected by a promotion being discontinued.

Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on ck332 are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all game types and sports markets on the platform:

• Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined — whether due to a technical error, data feed delay, or any other cause — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting a live casino game mid-round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned in full. ck332 is not liable for any lost winnings arising from a technical interruption.
• ck332 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game title are available on request from the support team.
• ck332 reserves the right to suspend a betting market or game at any time, including during an active event, if integrity concerns are identified. In such cases, bets already placed will be settled at the odds available at the time of suspension or voided, at ck332's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ck332 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account permanently suspended, all winnings voided, and all pending withdrawals cancelled:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on ck332.
• Exploiting any software error, miscalculation, or vulnerability in the platform or its games (commonly referred to as "bug abuse"). Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes across multiple accounts or in cooperation with other players.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on ck332. ck332 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

ck332 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by the ck332 compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity connected to the account or transactions made from it.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player via the responsible gaming tools or the support team. In this case, the account will be closed and any eligible remaining balance returned to the player's registered payment method.

Responsible Gaming

ck332 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time-outs: players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. Sessions can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Reality checks: optional notifications displayed at intervals during a gaming session reminding the player of the time spent and total wagered during the session.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck332 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the platform. Any unauthorised use of ck332 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the user to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck332 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the ck332 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services, regardless of whether ck332 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck332's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ck332 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

ck332 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ck332.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ck332 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and stores player data on secured servers. Player financial data is never shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to complete a transaction with an approved payment provider such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Amendments to These Terms

ck332 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the ck332 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ck332 platform that cannot be resolved informally through the ck332 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. ck332 encourages players to first raise any dispute directly with the support team at [email protected], as the majority of issues are resolved within 48 hours without formal proceedings.
